Dosage and use of CBD

Choosing a CBD concentration:

In the case of mild health problems, a low concentration of e.g. hemp oil 3%, 4% or 5% CBD or CBD/CBDa is recommended.

In chronic diseases and moderately problematic ailments, for example, 4% 30ml oil in combination with RAW oil 15% CBD / CBDa 10ml is recommended - this combination gives a wide cannabinoid profile

In the case of serious health problems, e.g. in cancer, it is recommended to use higher concentrations of at least 15% RAW CBD. The best combination is to use 20% RAW hemp paste with a low-percentage 3.4.5% CBD oil. This method ensures the highest therapeutic effectiveness.

Use of CBD:

It is best to apply orally, 20-30 minutes before a meal. Keep under the tongue for about 1-2 minutes and then swallow.

Serve best raw and do not drink anything. In case of problems, it can be taken with another oil, e.g. hemp, linseed or other fat.

CBD dosage:

Up titration is a proven, true and traditional way to increase the dose. Gradual dose escalation shall be used until satisfactory results are obtained. You can also reduce the dosage to the previous level if there are side effects. In this way, everyone can individually work out their optimal dose of hemp product appropriate to their needs.

An unambiguous dosage has not been established - the substances contained in the oil are safe for health.
