Drawing on medical practice to help more people.

While mainstream medicine certainly includes life-saving technology, some pharmaceuticals on the other side of the spectrum have devastating side effects. Vincenty saw the damage firsthand — especially while treating patients in South Africa as part of his biotechnology and genetic studies at the University of Copenhagen. "I've seen how the drugs we were giving contributed to the patients' condition," Vincenty recalls. "Sometimes the drugs we prescribed for other health problems and illnesses seemed to cause side effects more harmful than helpful ones."

Seeing the growing movement in the United States to legalize cannabis, he talked to professors and neurologists about medicinal marijuana, but they knew nothing about it. Vincenty tried to use his knowledge for cannabis research in Denmark, but after two years of dealing with government bureaucracy, his research request to study cannabis with THC was rejected. So he focused on hemp containing CBD. What came next was the fruit of all his hard work.

The appearance of CBD Endoca

Vincenty's experience forced him to question his path and ignited the spark that eventually led to cannabis entrepreneurship. Once he gained in-depth knowledge of both traditional medicine and the power of CBD, he opened a clinic in Denmark to work with clients on both CBD education and lifestyle changes.

Initially, Vincenty provided his products and advice for free, occasionally giving away seeds so that customers could learn more about the plant on their own. Word of mouth led to a surge and eventually began charging fees to fund additional research and equipment to produce higher quality products.

Its local production developed into a website and online store and became the first company in the country to sell CBD online. He called it Endoca, named after the body's endocannabinoid system. "Even before 2010, no one wanted to invest in CBD or anything related to cannabis," Vincenty says. "Everything I did was built from the ground up."

Endoca is a thriving company that doesn't forget its roots: helping as many people as possible find relief. Like the beginning of the Vincenty Clinic in Denmark, Endoca ensures that CBD reaches people who would not otherwise be able to afford it through its non-profit organization called the Endoca Foundation.
