Decarboxylation what is it ?
Decarboxylation - is a term for the process of heating hemp to convert CBD into CBD. When looking for the right oil, it is always worth paying attention to whether a given store / company offers this type of products, because it is very important information for us. A lot can say about the naturalness of a given oil. If a given store offers a product where we do not have any CBDA content (this can be seen from the analyzes), it is worth considering before buying, because it probably comes from crystalline CBD.
How does it work?
Decarboxylation can occur in the laboratory or naturally in hemp fields under the influence of solar heat. The natural heat of the sun is never high enough to achieve complete decarboxylation, which is why there is always CBDA in natural products. We should always have a choice between raw and heated product. It is impossible to clearly determine which is better, both may have slightly different properties and have different effects on each of us.
What's the difference?
The most dominant ingredient in heated oil is CBD and in turn in raw CBD and CBDa - which is why raw products are described as RAW CBD / CBDA.
Many plant compounds are also sensitive to heat, and decarboxylated extracts will always contain a smaller spectrum of plant compounds.
The supercritical extraction method does not require heat to process raw RAW oils, which preserves valuable phytocannabinoids, flavonoids and terpenes.
Although recent studies have focused mainly on CBD and THC, there are previous research findings that indicate that there are benefits to cannabinoids such as CBDa and CBG.
Ambient effect
Hemp contains more than 80 different phytocannabinoids that work synergistically. In our company, we strongly believe in the therapeutic properties of whole plant extracts, and this means that the more compounds in a given oil, the better!
Offering raw products containing CBD shows and proves that these are natural products, not artificial ones.
Today, you can often meet with the term full spectrum oil, which in its composition does not contain CBD and other acid forms. It is simply a scam or misleading the customer. Then we can never be sure whether a given oil that contains CBD itself does not come from a crystal or from a synthetic.
We advise against using companies / stores that mislead the end customer by claiming that their product is 100% natural and in its composition has only CBD and nothing more.
100% natural products will always differ from each other depending on the batch. They may, for example, differ in color, for which chlorophyll is responsible, or in taste and smell, because each given batch of oil may have a different terpene profile. There are also slight differences in percentages, since we leave the extracted oil according to the laws of nature.
Determining the right dose of CBD can be difficult. Here's our best advice for new CBD oil users
Week 1: 1 drop in the morning, 1 drop at noon, 1 drop in the evening
Week 2: 2 drops in the morning, 2 drops at noon, 2 drops in the evening
Week 3: 3 drops in the morning, 3 drops at noon, 3 drops in the evening
Week 4: 4 drops in the morning, 4 drops at noon, 4 drops in the evening
Week 5: 5 drops in the morning, 5 drops at noon, 5 drops in the evening
In the case of dosing, we use the upward titration method. This is a safe method, supporting the gradual increase of the dose until the most desired effects are obtained.
If you accidentally exceed this optimal dose, you can always go back to the previous dose until you feel the most optimal effect. Can be changed as needed.
