We can divide hemp oil into: oil derived from the inflorescence (contains valuable cannabinoids CBD and CBDa, among others, which have medicinal properties) and cold-pressed oil from the seeds (such oil does not contain cannabinoids).
Hempseed oil is the oil which is extracted from the flowers of the hemp plant, preferably by CO2 extraction at low temperature and high pressure. This process guarantees a high pharmaceutical quality product. It can also be divided into two types because there are two types of hemp: cannabis (not legal - RSO oil) and hempseed (legal - it is from them that CBD oil is produced). The former can have narcotic effects(it contains THC) and the oil extracted from its flowers is certainly also effective in curing cancer (the best effects are obtained using both cannabinoids THC+CBD - a synergistic effect). Hemp is a different variety, as it turns out, once very popular in Poland. CBD oil is extracted from the flowers of industrial hemp (seed hemp), which contain a high concentration of CBD (cannabidiol) and a trace amount of THC. With minimal THC, CBD oil does not cause psychoactive effects when taken even in large doses. It is safe, widely available and legal.
- Neuroactive and neuroprotective: supports the defense mechanisms of human cells
- Anticancer: inhibits the growth of cancer cells
- Antioxidant: has antioxidant activity
- Anti-inflammatory: CBD has anti-inflammatory and anti-arthritic effects
- Analgesic: relieves pain, including muscle pain, joint pain and chronic pain
- Antipsychotic: effectively suppresses anxiety without side effects
- Antiemetic: inhibits vomiting reflexes
- Antibacterial and antifungal
- Antiepileptic: reduces seizures of various causes
- Anti-allergic
RSO oil is derived from cannabis, which contains a high concentration of THC and trace amounts of CBD. The main effect of the THC contained in RSO oil is its psychoactive formula. RSO oil is illegal. As such, it can only be purchased on the black market, resulting in a high likelihood of fraud and the possibility of purchasing a contaminated product and one that can do more harm than good. THC oil also has medicinal properties.
- Reduces cancer pains
- Stimulates appetite
- Relaxes
- Kills cancer cells
- Anti-epileptic: inhibits seizures
- Inhibits muscle spasms
It comes from hemp grown to strict standards. The main components of Medical Marijuana are CBD and THC. Medical Marijuana does not alter the state of consciousness. The properties of medical marijuana aid in the treatment of a great many diseases. Cannabinoids found together CBD and THC increase their potency, this is called the synergy effect.
It should be noted that the most popular and easily accessible oil is CBD oil.
Choosing a concentration:
For mild health problems, a low concentration such as 3%, 4% or 5% CBD or CBD/CBDa hemp oil is recommended
In case of chronic diseases and medium problematic ailments it is recommended e.g. oil 4% 30ml in combination with oil RAW 15% CBD/CBDa 10ml - this combination gives a broad cannabinoid profile
In case of serious health problems such as cancer, it is recommended to use higher concentrations of min 15% RAW CBD. The best combination is the use of hemp paste 20% RAW with low-percentage oil 3,4,5% CBD. This way provides the highest therapeutic efficacy.
Application:
Best applied orally, 20-30 minutes before meals. Hold under the tongue for about 1-2 minutes and then swallow.
It is best to take it raw and do not drink anything with it. In case of problems, it can be taken together with other oils such as hemp oil, flax oil or other fat.
It can also be applied rectally.
CBD Dosage:
Upward titration is the tried, true and traditional way of increasing the dosage. Gradually increasing the dosage is used until satisfactory results are obtained. You can also reduce the dosage to the previous level if adverse effects occur. In this way, everyone can individually work out their optimal dose of cannabis product appropriate for their needs.
No clear dosage has been established - the substances contained in the oil are safe for health.

We are talking about oils from inflorescences and not from seeds! (such oils are cold-pressed from the seeds and contain neither CBD or THC and other cannabinoids).
Hemp oil from seeds - says Agnieszka Maciąg:
.... about it I conducted my private "investigation" and what did I learn from older people? That it used to grow almost EVERYWHERE in Poland. It was used to make strong ropes, lines, cloth, and hemp oil was easily available in almost every Polish home. It was used to grease bread. Commonly. Every day. Did you know that hemp is one of the oldest cultivated plants known to mankind? Hemp oil, as it turned out, is one of the best for humans. Modern science has discovered that it contains all the essential amino acids and essential fatty acids (EFAs) necessary for human life, as well as a rare protein whose composition is very similar to that found in the serum of human blood.
At this point, it is worth noting that over the past decades mankind has been deprived of important nutrients that for thousands of years have been an integral part of the diet of the creature that is man. And this certainly does not remain without influence on the condition, well-being and health of the man of today.
Is this why we are currently facing a plague of depression and cancer? There is no scientific evidence for this, but so on "peasant reasoning", it seems to make a lot of sense. When I asked my age-old experts if this seed hemp was once smoked (as "grass"), they looked at me with eyes wide with surprise: "But no, no one even thought of that! They just became forbidden one day. This is the information I gathered.
What are the effects of a deficiency in the ingredients contained in hemp oil? - cold-pressed hemp seed oil
Of course, Omega 3 and Omega 6 can be found in many other oils and foods. We try to balance their proportions, with better or worse results. Let's look at the effects of a deficiency of these important components in our diet and in our bodies.
Effects of Omega 3 (LNA) deficiency
General weakness, problems with concentration, learning/memory and vision, lack of motor coordination (e.g. poor reflexes), tingling in the arms and legs, changes in behavior (hyperactivity or sluggishness), stunted growth. Additionally, high triglyceride levels and high blood pressure, sticky platelets (thrombosis), tissue inflammation, swelling, dry skin, worsening of mental moods (can lead to depression), low metabolic rate (can lead to obesity), some types of immune system dysfunction.
Effects of Deficiency - Omega 6 - Linoleic Acid (LA)
Eczema-like skin lesions (can lead to psoriasis), hair loss, liver degeneration, behavioral disorders (hyperactivity or apathy), kidney disease, excessive water loss through the skin (dry skin), dry glands, susceptibility to infection, difficulty healing wounds, infertility in men, miscarriage in women, joint function problems, heart disease and circulatory problems. Long-term lack of LA in the diet is fatal.
As I wrote earlier, Omega 3 and Omega 6 checkouts are found in many foods. However, in hemp oil there is a very large amount of them, perfectly balanced (in ideal proportions) for humans. Introducing well-balanced Omega 3 and Omega 6 acids into the diet helps to recover and reverse the symptoms of deficiencies.
In case of deficiencies, it is recommended to take 1 to 2 tablespoons (up to 50 ml) of hemp oil per day, or in case of therapy - consumption can be increased up to 150ml per day for about 7 days, to then return to the normal daily amount. Note: Hemp oil cannot be heated or fried. It should be added cold, e.g. to salads, on bread, etc.
Health benefits of hemp oil
Hemp oil is not a drug!
For thousands of years, this fibrous plant has been used by man to make very durable and strong materials (e.g. sails, canvas, paper). Since hemp is also an extremely oily plant, it was used to make oil, which was commonly used for food and cosmetic purposes (e.g. as a soothing and calming agent for skin lesions, to soothe inflamed joints, to nourish and even out skin tone).
- The real treasure of hemp oil are unsaturated fatty acids (EFAs), which have the ideal ratio, i.e. 3:1. This is the ideal ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 acids, which affects the proper metabolism of lipids in our body.
- High EFA content in hemp oil makes it badly tolerate contact with air and light. In a word, it should not be heated and should be stored only in dark glass bottles, otherwise it loses its valuable nutritional properties. Once opened, a bottle of hemp oil should be stored in a cool place (even in a refrigerator) from 3 to 6 months (read the description on the package). When buying hemp oil, pay attention to its origin and certificates of cultivation and, of course, whether it is refined or not. The valuable is unrefined oil, or cold-pressed. Refined is transparent, has a very poor taste and equally little nutritional value. Unrefined is dark green and has a characteristic, slightly nutty taste.
To take advantage of its beneficial ingredients, it is best consumed cold, so add it to salads or dressings. It can be poured over toast (preferably wholemeal bread), raw, roasted or cooked vegetables or pasta etc.
- Hemp oil also contains a lot of vitamins (A, C, E, B group) and minerals (including magnesium, calcium, zinc), antioxidants, amino acids and phytosterols.
- Hemp oil supports heart function and lowers blood pressure, improves the functioning of the circulatory system, and therefore supports the work of blood vessels. It strengthens the heart, lowers blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
- Hemp oil is also a treasure trove of vitamin K, essential for protein and enzyme synthesis. Vitamin K has anti-hemorrhagic properties and is responsible for blood clotting, has antifungal, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties and is involved in the formation of bone tissue.
- It is an excellent antioxidant and supports the immune system.
- Reduces inflammation of joints.
- It eliminates symptoms of premenstrual syndrome in women.
It contains substances with regenerative and anti-inflammatory properties. More and more often it is a component of body, face and hair care cosmetics. In the world there are already widely available cosmetics based on hemp oil and therapeutic ointments.
Hemp oil, applied directly to the skin, has a protective and soothing effect on inflammation, irritation and skin lesions (in the case of eczema, psoriasis and atopic dermatitis). That is why it is recommended for allergy sufferers - it brings relief during itching attacks. In beauty parlors and at home, hemp oil is used as an excellent moisturizer, as well as a means of reducing discoloration and evening out the complexion. It is so gentle that it can be used even on small children and babies.
